Itinerary

Day 1:

6:00 am: Depart from Accra and head towards Kumasi.

10:00 am: Visit the Manhyia Palace, the residence of the Asantehene (king) of the Ashanti Kingdom. Learn about the history and culture of the Ashanti people and see some of the treasures of the kingdom.

12:00 pm: Have lunch at a local restaurant in Kumasi.

1:00 pm: Continue your journey to Kintampo Waterfalls, a beautiful natural wonder in the Brong-Ahafo Region. Take a hike to the falls, swim in the refreshing pool, and enjoy the stunning scenery.

4:00 pm: Check-in at your accommodation in Kintampo.

Day 2:

6:00 am: Depart from Kintampo and head towards Mole National Park.

9:00 am: Arrive at Mole National Park and take a guided safari tour of the park. See elephants, antelopes, baboons, warthogs, and other wildlife in their natural habitat.

12:00 pm: Have lunch at the park’s restaurant.

2:00 pm: Visit the Mognori Eco-village, a small rural village located on the banks of the Mole River. Take a boat tour of the river and watch hippos, crocodiles, and other wildlife in their natural habitat.

4:00 pm: Return to Mole National Park for an evening safari tour.

Day 3:

6:00 am: Take an early morning guided safari tour of Mole National Park.

8:00 am: Return to your accommodation for breakfast.

9:00 am: Visit the Larabanga Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in West Africa and a must-see landmark in the Northern Region.

11:00 am: Visit the Boabeng-Fiema Monkey Sanctuary, home to the endangered colobus and mona monkeys. Take a guided tour of the sanctuary and learn about the conservation efforts to protect these primates.

1:00 pm: Have lunch at a local restaurant in Tamale.

2:00 pm: Visit the Tamale Central Market, one of the largest open-air markets in West Africa. Explore the market and shop for locally made handicrafts and souvenirs.

4:00 pm: Depart from Tamale and head to the airport for your flight to Accra.

7:00 pm: Arrive in Accra and end your tour.
